Estate Planning
Our office has the experience and ability to help you plan your estate by drafting such documents as Wills,
Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Health Care Proxies. We can also help you through the Probate
process, for instance, if you find that you are the Executor or the Beneficiary of another's estate.
Criminal Litigation
If you or a family member is accused of a crime (or if you, or someone you love, is the victim of a crime), our office
can help. We have experience both prosecuting and defending felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses,
including federal prosecutions, proceedings in state courts, and military trials by Court-Martial.
Civil Litigation
Whether you are being sued, or whether you have a claim against someone else, we can guide you through the
process by representing you either as a Defendant or Plaintiff in a civil suit. Our experience includes, but is not
limited to, Real Estate Litigation, Administrative Appeals, and Contract Defense.
Child and Family Law
We have experience in advising clients with complex Divorce and Child Custody cases, CHINS cases, and Care
& Protection matters, which can be among the most emotionally charged matters with which you will ever have to
deal. We have experience representing both parents and children in such proceedings.
Administrative Law
Government agencies are sometimes called the "fourth branch" government. People often think that they don't
need a lawyer, until it's too late. If you are having trouble with a particular agency, give us a call and we'll help
you understand and protect your rights.
Real Estate Law
Are you buying or selling a house? If so, we would be happy to assist you through what many people believe to
be a frustrating and confusing process, which can be particularly bewildering if you are a first time home buyer.
Our office also has experience representing some of the nation's biggest financial institutions as lender counsel.
