About Us
Located in Wilmington, Massachusetts, the law firm of O'Mahony & Ardito is a law partnership, formed in 2007, by
attorneys David J. O'Mahony and Jomarie Ardito O'Mahony.
David is a graduate of Boston College Law School, where he received his law degree in 2000, and the Boston
College Graduate School of Management, where he received his Master's Degree in Business Administration.  He
received his Bachelor's Degree in English and Economics from
Providence College in 1996.
After serving on active duty in the military for three years as a member of the Judge Advocate General's (JAG)
Corps, he returned from Texas and began practicing law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  His legal
practice primarily involves Criminal Defense and he can be reached on his cell phone by dialing (781) 883-9750.
Jomarie is a 2002 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where she received her law degree after obtaining
her Bachelor's Degree in
Business Communications from Bentley University in 1998.  Jomarie is also a licensed
real estate broker and Notary Public.
After college, Jomarie worked in the United States Bankruptcy Court Chapter Thirteen Trustee's Office and
volunteered as a court-appointed special advocate
(CASA) for children, before taking a position in the compliance
department of a large financial company
.  Her legal practice primarily involves Child and Family law and she can
